Job summary

Hypermonk Games, a fast-growing mobile game studio based in Ankara, is hiring a Growth Manager to drive user acquisition and performance marketing across key channels. You will analyze metrics, run A/B tests, and collaborate with creative and product teams to explore new growth ideas.

You’ll monitor CPI, ROAS and retention, build forecasting models for budget and revenue, and manage relationships with ad networks and partners.

Responsibilities

• Supporting user acquisition campaigns across key channels like Meta, Google, TikTok, AppLovin, and Unity Ads
• Monitoring and reporting key performance metrics such as CPI, ROAS, and retention
• Assisting in A/B testing creatives and campaign strategies
• Collaborating with our creative and product teams to build and analyze new growth ideas
• Analyzing cohort data, user behavior, and monetization metrics to fine-tune growth loops
• Learning how to build and refine forecasting models for budget, revenue, and LTV
• Conducting competitor and market analysis to uncover insights and creative strategies
• Helping manage relationships with ad networks and external partners
• Staying up to date with industry trends, marketing tools, and growth tactics
