Job summary

Playops Studio, an AI-powered mobile game studio, seeks a UA & Growth Manager to own paid user acquisition and creative testing across mobile channels.

You'll collaborate with designers, artists and developers, using campaign performance and player behavior to steer creatives, budgets and product decisions. AI will be part of your daily workflow, helping you test ideas and turn insights into action.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience running paid mobile game campaigns.
• Ability to design and test creatives and measure results.
• Strong analytical thinking with campaign and cohort data.
• Familiarity with mobile measurement, attribution and event tracking.
• Experience with AI-enabled workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimize mobile UA campaigns across channels.
• Develop creative concepts and hooks, work with artists to test variations.
• Design marketability tests for new concepts and prototypes.
• Evaluate CAC, retention, monetisation, LTV and ROAS; advise scaling decisions.
• Establish attribution and reporting with developers; maintain clear results.
