Job summary

Saksı Kampüs is seeking a hands-on Growth Manager to scale our EdTech startup. You will work directly with the founders and collaborate with our product team to grow Saksı AI and education services.

The role blends product marketing, growth experimentation, and lifecycle marketing. You will set strategy, launch campaigns, and optimize results, building a roadmap, messaging, pricing, and KPIs while coordinating content and partnerships.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in growth, product marketing, or growth marketing at an early-stage or high-growth tech company.
• Track record of improving user acquisition, conversion, retention or revenue and ability to explain your contribution.
• Experience growing B2C subscription products with funnels, cohorts, experiments, and unit economics.
• Strong analytical judgment and ability to make decisions with incomplete data.
• Clear, persuasive writing in English for LinkedIn, product messaging, and international content.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a marketing roadmap across acquisition, engagement, retention and revenue.
• Translate product capabilities into messaging, demonstrations, and campaigns for students and parents.
• Define pricing and conversion strategies for B2C subscriptions; track KPIs such as CAC and LTV.
• Execute campaigns from idea to launch; test channels and scale effective approaches.
• Develop a content pipeline, coordinate freelancers and creators, and drive referral initiatives for Saksı AI.
• Collaborate with product on onboarding, lifecycle communications, gamification and experiments.
• Use analytics and AI tools to build dynamic reports and inform growth decisions.
