Job summary

Hesapkurdu, Turkey's leading online banking platform, seeks an experienced performance marketer to own paid acquisition with real unit economics from day one. You will own the account structure, bidding, budgeting, keyword coverage, and landing-page alignment while owning the measurement layer and data signals.

You will work directly with product, data, engineering, and commercial teams to push a fast-moving, experiment-driven agenda.

Qualifications

At least 5 years of hands-on paid acquisition experience with real budget ownership.
Operated Google Ads at scale — Search first, plus Performance Max.
Comfortable in data: SQL, GA4, and advanced Excel.
Think in CPA, ROAS, conversion value, and contribution.
Uses AI tools as a daily habit, not a side project.
Delivers results in weeks, with high ownership and bias to action.

Responsibilities

Own paid acquisition end-to-end for product verticals: account structure, bidding, budget allocation, keyword and intent coverage, landing-page matching, and P&L.
Own the measurement layer: what signals to optimize against, segmentation, and verification of correctness.
Run experiments that lead to decisions and kill what doesn’t work fast.
Query the data directly: Google Ads, GA4, and data warehouse; write your own analyses.
Collaborate with product, engineering, data, and commercial teams; connect funnels across departments.
Use AI tools to reduce manual work: SQL scripts, automation, and data-driven insights.
