Job summary

complead, formerly Sanction Scanner, is expanding its Growth team in Istanbul. The Growth Specialist will own AI-driven content production, automated marketing workflows, and ABM campaigns targeting Türkiye, Europe and the US.

You will directly run campaigns, read numbers, and optimize for pipeline without agency briefs, using a small, AI-powered setup. The role emphasizes hands-on ownership, rapid experimentation, and strong English/Turkish writing.

Qualifications

1 to 4 years of full-time experience in growth, performance or digital marketing.
Real, daily use of AI at work with a workflow or automation example.
Hands-on experience with automation tools and analytics.
Shipped a campaign, content series, automation, or landing page with a link.
Measured outcomes and able to explain results.
Speed and ownership; you ship weekly and fix mistakes quickly.
Strong written English and fluent Turkish.
Bachelor’s degree; strong academic record a plus.
Curiosity about compliance, AML and financial crime.
Willing to work on-site in Üsküdar, Istanbul.

Responsibilities

AI content production across channels (LinkedIn, newsletters, visuals, videos, one-pagers).
Build and maintain marketing workflows in HubSpot, n8n, Make or Zapier and with AI agents.
Improve SEO and move rankings to complead.ai; address Semrush/Ahrefs flags.
Create target account lists and AI-assisted sequences; run campaigns for banks and fintechs.
Run paid experiments on LinkedIn and Google; scale or halt.
Provide weekly pipeline impact and cost analysis; iterate.
