Demirören Medya in Turkey seeks a Product & Revenue role to shape AI-powered, cross-brand platforms and new revenue models across digital subscriptions, loyalty and data licensing. You will design use cases, roadmaps and measure impact with senior leadership.

The ideal candidate has a degree in engineering, business or related fields, 1–5 years in revenue, CRM analytics, product management, or data science, and proficiency in SQL, Excel and Python, with excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science or a related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in revenue/growth, CRM/customer analytics, product management, or data science/AI.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel; ability to perform analysis using Python or a similar tool.
• A data-driven, experiment-oriented working style, with the ability to take ownership in ambiguous situations.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to senior management.
• Full professional fluency in English.

Responsabilités

• Model pricing, packaging and revenue scenarios, and prepare business cases.
• Analyze customer data to build segmentation, churn and personalization frameworks.
• Define use cases, requirements and roadmaps for AI products; rapidly test and measure MVPs.
• Work end-to-end with product, technology, editorial, advertising and CRM teams.
• Define and track KPIs (ARPU, conversion, retention, ROAS, etc.) and provide regular insights to senior management.
