You will spearhead growth strategies, budget planning, and multi-title leadership, balancing aggressive expansion with unit economics and long-term product health.
Competenze
- Significant senior leadership experience within the mobile gaming industry.
- Proven success scaling mobile games from validation to revenue.
- Experience owning or influencing the P&L of live mobile games.
- Strong understanding of mobile gaming economics, including UA, ROAS, LTV, retention, monetization.

- Own the commercial performance and strategic direction of mobile titles transitioning from validation into scale.
- Lead growth strategy, UA budgets, and channel diversification.
- Oversee live operations, events, and economy balancing.
- Drive data-driven product optimization to improve retention and monetization.
