Qualifications

• Experience in a Product Lead/Group Product Manager/Head of Product role.
• Experience in the iGaming industry and understanding of its dynamics.
• Proven ability to mentor Product Managers and build high-performing teams.
• Strong expertise in product strategy, roadmaps, prioritization and end-to-end execution.
• Strong analytical skills with product metrics, A/B testing and experimentation.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives and aligning stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business goals and market insights into clear product plans.
• Strategic mindset with strong execution, judgment, and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategies aligned with business objectives and growth opportunities.
• Lead and mentor Product Managers to foster ownership and collaboration.
• Oversee roadmaps, prioritization, and execution across multiple initiatives.
