Job summary

Joygame Publishing is seeking a User Acquisition Manager to drive growth for our mobile games. You will plan, launch, and scale performance campaigns across Meta, Google UAC, TikTok, and other mobile channels, while aligning with product and data teams to optimize KPIs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in user acquisition for mobile apps.
• Expertise in Meta App Web Campaigns, TikTok App Web Campaigns.
• Experience with attribution and analytics tools like Appsflyer, Firebase, Adjust.
• Strong with numbers — you enjoy digging into data to find insights and patterns.
• Experience managing budgets and optimizing for CPI, ROAS, or LTV.
• Comfortable in a startup environment — self-driven, adaptable, and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and scale performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google UAC, Google Search, TikTok, Applovin, and other mobile UA channels
• Own user acquisition strategy end-to-end: performance analysis, A/B testing, budget allocation, and optimization
• Work closely with our creative team to test fresh ideas and find winning creatives
• Collaborate with product and data teams to connect growth metrics with product KPIs
• Stay up to date with new ad formats, UA trends, tools, and best practices
• Bring new ideas to the table, test fast, and scale what works
