Job summary

Unico Studio is seeking a Senior User Acquisition Manager to own UA strategy and performance across our mobile portfolio. You will run paid acquisition hands-on for our key titles, scale what works, stop what doesn’t, and help build a structured, scalable growth function.

You will work closely with Product, Analytics, Monetization and Creative teams, and be accountable for ROAS and payback targets. You’ll plan, launch and scale campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and other networks, build

Qualifications

• 5+ years in UA, mobile games preferred.
• Proven ability to scale F2P mobile titles profitably.
• Hands-on with multiple ad networks and MMPs.

Responsibilities

• Own UA strategy, budget allocation and performance for live titles and launches on iOS/Android.
• Plan, launch and scale campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, AppLovin, Unity, Mintegral, ASA and others.
• Set and hit LTV, ROAS and payback targets; build monthly/quarterly growth plans.
