Job summary

Evyap is seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive cross-functional projects from initiation to closure. You will develop detailed plans, track milestones, and coordinate interactions among business, IT, and external partners.

The role emphasizes digital transformation, ERP/SAP initiatives, and process improvements while maintaining strong communication and presentation skills in English. A hybrid work model applies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including 3 years in end-to-end project management.
• Experience in digital transformation, ERP/SAP, process improvement, automation, or technology projects.

What You'll Be Doing?

• Manage cross-functional projects from initiation to completion in line with business objectives, scope, and timelines,
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, resource requirements, risks, dependencies, and action trackers,
• Coordinate business, IT, and other relevant teams throughout the project lifecycle,
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and bottlenecks, and drive timely corrective actions,
• Organize project meetings, workshops, and steering committee updates, ensuring clear decisions, ownership, and follow-up,
• Prepare project status reports, dashboards, management presentations, and executive updates,
• Support digital transformation, ERP/SAP, automation, and process improvement initiatives,
• Coordinate system implementation phases, including requirements, testing/UAT, data migration, training, go-live, and post-go-live support,
• Maintain project documentation, key decisions, deliverables, and lessons learned,
• Contribute to the improvement of project management standards, templates, and best practices across the organization.

Who We're Looking For?

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Computer Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related Engineering discipline,
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in end-to-end project management,
• Experience in digital transformation, ERP/SAP, process improvement, automation, or technology-related projects,
• Knowledge of project management methodologies; experience with Agile and/or Waterfall is preferred,
• Ability to manage multiple projects, including plans, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and action items,
• Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders at different levels,
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills,
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI, MS Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools is a plus,
• Good command of written and spoken English.
