Job summary

Evyap in Turkey is seeking a Budgeting and Reporting specialist to join the Headquarters Budget and Reporting team. You will help consolidate, forecast, and analyze financial performance across brands and regions.

The role requires 4-5 years in budgeting and reporting, strong SAP PA/CO knowledge, and excellent English. A hybrid work model is offered with three office days and two remote days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 4-5 years of budgeting and reporting experience
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, consolidation and performance analysis
• Strong knowledge of P&L, balance sheet and cash flow statements
• Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills
• Fluent English and strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Support consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and financial planning processes.
• Prepare and analyze P&L, balance sheet and cash flow statements.
• Participate in monthly close and support consolidation processes.
• Prepare management reports by country, category and brand.
• Analyze performance, identify drivers, risks and opportunities, and provide insights.
• Create ad-hoc reports and scenario models for senior management.
• Identify variances versus budget and communicate insights.
• Provide financial support to multiple departments and finance teams.
• Improve reporting, budgeting and controlling tools and systems.
• Contribute to digital transformation, SAP reporting infrastructure improvement, and system migrations.

What You'll Be Doing?

• Support consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and financial planning processes as part of the Headquarters Budget and Reporting team.
• Prepare and analyze key financial statements, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
• Take part in monthly closing activities within the SAP Profitability Analysis (PA) module and support consolidation processes.
• Prepare accurate and timely management reports, including sales, OPEX, profitability, inventory, NWC, KPI, and variance analyses by country, category, and brand.
• Analyze financial performance, identify key business drivers, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable insights.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports, financial analyses, and scenario models to support senior management’s decision-making processes.
• Identify variances between actual and budgeted financial results and communicate them along with actionable insights.
• Provide financial support to different departments and local and international Business Unit finance teams.
• Improve reporting, budgeting, and controlling tools and systems to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Take an active role in digital transformation, automation, finance system migration, and SAP reporting infrastructure improvement projects.
• Work closely with finance and technical teams during system implementation and transition processes.

Who We're Looking For?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in budgeting and reporting, controlling and/or financial planning and analysis, preferably within FMCG or manufacturing environments.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, consolidation and performance analysis.
• Good knowledge of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
• Excellent analytical thinking and data analysis skills, with the ability to translate financial data into clear business insights.
• A passion for metrics and figures, with the ability to focus on details while understanding the bigger picture.
• A strong sense of responsibility and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong knowledge of SAP; experience with PA and CO modules is preferred.
• Experience with SAP BPC and/or Oracle Hyperion is a plus.
• Involvement in system implementation, migration, or transition projects is a plus.
• Excellent command of English.
• Strong interpersonal, relationship‑building, communication and influencing skills.
