Job summary

Evyap is seeking a Senior FP&A professional to lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across our global operations. You will manage monthly closings in SAP PA, coordinate consolidation, and deliver insights that drive strategic decisions.

The role requires strong SAP experience, advanced Excel skills, and excellent English communications. You will collaborate with international business units, mentor team members, and drive continuous improvements in financial processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in FMCG or manufacturing environments.
• Advanced SAP knowledge (PA/CO) and strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and financial planning.
• Manage monthly closing and SAP PA; support the consolidation process.
• Prepare accurate and timely P&L, sales, OPEX, inventory, and KPI analyses.
• Analyze performance, identify drivers, risks and opportunities; provide insights.
• Support strategic decisions with financial modeling and ad-hoc reports.
• Collaborate with local and international units to ensure consistency in budgeting and reporting.
• Drive improvements in reporting processes, budgeting, and financial planning; enhance tools and systems.
• Mentor team members and foster knowledge sharing.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to improve financial visibility.

What You'll Be Doing?

• Lead and coordinate budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and financial planning processes across the organization.
• Manage monthly closing activities related to SAP Profitability Analysis (PA) and support the consolidation process.
• Ensure the preparation of accurate and timely management reports, including P&L, sales, OPEX, inventory, NWC, KPI, and variance analyses by country, category, and brand.
• Analyze financial performance, identify key business drivers, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Support strategic decision-making through financial analysis, scenario modeling, and ad-hoc reports.
• Collaborate closely with local and international business units to ensure consistency and accuracy in budgeting and reporting activities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in reporting, budgeting, and financial planning processes by enhancing tools, systems, and reporting methodologies.
• Take an active role in SAP reporting infrastructure improvements and support digitalization and automation projects.
• Guide and mentor team members, ensuring knowledge sharing and supporting their professional development.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to improve financial visibility and business performance.

Who We're Looking For?

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in preferably within FMCG or manufacturing environments,
• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, consolidation, and performance analysis.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP, preferably including PA and CO modules.
• Advanced level of MS Excel knowledge is required,
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate financial data into business insights.
• Proven experience working with multiple stakeholders in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
• Experience in mentoring or coordinating team members is preferred.
• Excellent command of English.
