Job summary

Evyap is seeking a data internship focused on master data management and data quality in a global company with offices and operations across multiple countries. The role emphasizes learning data governance, analytics, and process improvement while supporting various business functions.

The internship offers flexible hybrid work, professional growth, and exposure to international data projects, with a strong emphasis on collaboration, learning, and practical hands-on experience in data management.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor or higher in Industrial/Management Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, MIS, Computer Engineering, Economics or related fields.
• Available to work at least 3 days per week.
• Minimum 6 months internship duration.
• Good command of English.
• Solid knowledge of Excel and MS Office.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Eagerness to learn data management processes and systems.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Support creation, maintenance, and validation of master data records.
• Assist in monitoring data quality and ensure data governance standards.
• Participate in data cleansing, standardization, and improvement activities.
• Support new product/material master data creation processes.
• Perform data analysis and prepare reports to support business needs.
• Collaborate with departments to collect, verify, and maintain accurate data.
• Contribute to digitalization and process improvement projects.
• Prepare documentation and support continuous improvement of master data processes.
• Identify data inconsistencies and propose improvement opportunities.

Who We're Looking For?

• 3rd or 4th year student in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, MIS, Computer Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields,
• Available to work at least 3 days per week,
• Able to continue the internship for a minimum of 6 months,
• Basic knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or data visualization tools is a plus,
• Good command of English,
• Good knowledge of Excel and other MS Office applications,
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail,
• Eagerness to learn data management processes and systems,
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
