Job summary

Evyap in the Marmara Region invites a motivated 3rd or 4th year student to join our logistics team for a six‑month internship. You’ll work on-site at least three days per week, supporting daily tracking, planning, and coordination of domestic shipments.

You’ll create and analyze Excel reports, identify delays, and collaborate with internal teams and external transport partners while gaining hands‑on warehouse and shipment process experience.

Qualifications

• Current student in 3rd or 4th year in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields.
• Available on-site at least 3 days per week for a minimum of 6 months.
• Strong English written and spoken skills.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office.
• Analytical, organized, and able to work with internal teams and external transport providers.

Responsibilities

• Support daily tracking and coordination of domestic shipment plans.
• Assist in identifying delays and reporting deviations.
• Compile transportation and warehouse data in Excel for performance reports.
• Observe operations with transport companies and gradually take ownership of specific processes.
• Contribute to small projects to improve warehouse and shipment processes.
• Gain hands-on experience in domestic logistics in a dynamic business environment.

Who We’re Looking For?

• 3rd or 4th year student in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields,
• Available to work on-site at least 3 days per week for a minimum of 6 months,
• Good command of English, both written and spoken,
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly strong in Excel,
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills,
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external transport companies,
• Curious about warehouse management, logistics operations, and process improvement,
• Proactive, eager to learn, and willing to take ownership of assigned responsibilities.

What You’ll Be Doing?

• Support the daily tracking, planning, and coordination of domestic shipment plans,
• Assist in identifying, analyzing, and reporting any delays or deviations in shipments,
• Compile transportation and warehouse data in Excel to support the preparation of regular performance reports,
• Observe operational communications with transport companies, gradually taking ownership of specific processes over time,
• Contribute to small-scale projects focused on identifying and implementing improvement opportunities in warehouse and shipment processes,
• Gain hands-on experience in managing domestic logistics operations in a dynamic business environment.
