Job summary

Evyap, a leading Turkish consumer goods group, invites you to join as a sales-focused professional coordinating manufacturing service, supply and quality with customers while aligning with internal teams.

You will help track KPIs, analyze category trends, manage production plans and inventory, build sustainable customer partnerships, and lead new product launches. The role offers hybrid working three days in the office and two remote, plus global project opportunities and a people-first culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Social Sciences, or related field; master's preferred.
• 2–3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proven experience in contract manufacturing sales with a successful track record of acquiring new customers and expanding existing business.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office and SAP.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Valid driver's license and active driving experience.
• Willingness and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate manufacturing service, supply, and quality process with internal & external customers and collaborate with internal departments.
• Track customer-based metrics/KPIs and prepare management presentation materials.
• Analyze and improve customer portfolio by following category trends.
• Monitor production plan and inventory levels in line with sales forecasts; ensure product availability and efficiency.
• Develop relationships with customers to foster sustainable partnerships.
• Track and report competitor activities to define risks and opportunities.
• Build JBP plans aligned with company strategies and customer needs.
• Track and report shelf prices across customers and categories.
• Track and manage new product launch processes and coordinate execution with timelines.

What You'll Be Doing?

• Coordinate manufacturing service, supply, and quality process with both internal & external customers while collaborating closely with inner departments.
• Track customer based metrics/ KPIs, and prepares presentation materials for management reviews.
• By following category trends ,analyze and improve customer portfolio in order to ensure efficiency in an innovative point of view.
• Monitor production plan, inventory levels in line with customers sales forecasts and organize necessary internal and external actions in order to ensure product availability and company efficiency.
• Develop relationships with customers in order to improve sustainable partnership.
• Track and report competitor activities in order to define risks and opportunities.
• Build JBP plan in line with company strategies and customer needs.
• Track and report shelf prices in all relevant customers and categories.
• Track and manage new product launch processes. Coordinating their execution in line with established timelines and reporting progress.

Who We're Looking For?
