Job summary

Evyap is seeking a seasoned IT leader to drive enterprise IT strategy and SAP S/4HANA transformations across multi-country operations. You will define roadmaps, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives to enable digital transformation.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage vendors and budgets, ensure data integrity, and oversee global application landscapes. This role offers international exposure and a strong compensation package.

What You'll Be Doing?

• Lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise business solutions, defining the strategy, technology roadmaps, continuous improvement initiatives, and governance models aligned with digital transformation goals.
• Lead and develop a cross-functional IT team—including business analysts, application specialists, master data experts, and external resources—ensuring effective service delivery, operational excellence, and capability development.
• Act as the primary IT business partner for key business functions, translating business requirements into scalable, standardized, secure, and sustainable technology solutions.
• Lead business application transformation and multi-country implementation projects, including SAP S/4HANA transformations, business process standardization, rollouts, and digitalization initiatives.
• Establish and maintain application governance, architecture principles, integration standards, and interoperability across SAP and internal/external enterprise application landscapes (including MES, MDM, Planning, BI, BPM, RPA, and cloud platforms).
• Ensure the integrity, consistency, and governance of master data across SAP S/4HANA and integrated enterprise applications in close collaboration with business process and data owners.
• Manage application support and operational services, ensuring agreed service levels (SLAs), incident/problem management, high system availability, and business continuity for critical applications.
• Manage external IT vendors, consultants, licensing agreements, and service performance to ensure resources deliver against technical and business objectives.
• Own and manage the Business Solutions budget, including OPEX/CAPEX planning, vendor costs, project investments, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and digital solutions that improve operational efficiency, data quality, and decision-making capabilities.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for application performance, master data quality, project execution, and business value realization, providing regular reporting to senior management.
• Ensure that business solutions and master data processes comply with corporate IT governance, information security, data protection, audit, and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate clear communication and strategic alignment among business stakeholders, process owners, key users, external partners and management.

Who We're Looking For?

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematical Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field.
• Minimum of 12 years of professional experience in enterprise IT, SAP and non-SAP business solutions, or digital transformation, including at least 4 years of proven people management and leadership experience.
• Strong track record in managing enterprise applications and translating complex business requirements into scalable IT solutions across functional domains (Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Production, Sales).
• Extensive SAP experience (preferably SAP S/4HANA) alongside hands‑on experience in managing integration landscapes with internal/external business applications.
• Proven experience leading digital transformation initiatives, including SAP transformations, business process management (BPM), automation, data analytics and cloud solutions.
• Experience managing IT environments in global or multi‑country structures across different business units, legal entities, and cross‑border processes.
• Demonstrated capability in managing external consulting teams, IT vendors, software contracts, budgets, and SLA‑based application support operations.
• Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles, including operational continuity, incident management, and application lifecycle management.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, suitable for engaging international stakeholders, global vendors, and cross‑border teams.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, change management, and senior stakeholder management skills.
