Philips in Turkey seeks a Service and Solution Delivery Specialist - Resource Planning to optimize service delivery and resource allocation across field service engineers and service parts. This role supports cross-functional teams in a multilingual environment and drives timely service fulfillment.

Key duties include forecasting, planning and monitoring service execution, coordinating with customers and engineers, and ensuring quality and on-time delivery.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Operations Coordinator, Supply Chain Management or Customer Services, Resource Planning or equivalent with Vocational Education OR no prior experience with Bachelor's Degree.
• Fluency in English and Arabic both written and verbally is required.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows and Office Software (Excel, Power Point, Word).
• Experience with customer case management systems and related tools (SAP, Salesforce knowledge).

Responsabilidades

• Making long and short-term decisions to deliver service whilst balancing conflicting demands in the area of business obligations and customer demand.
• Creating a resourcing plan and service order fulfillment schedule to deliver on commitments and have an optimized resource allocation across service engineers and service parts.
• Receiving, monitoring, developing and dispatching service orders for service engineers and resources.
• Acting as the single point of contact for exception and escalation of service orders for customers, consumers and service engineers in a professional matter.
• Forecasting, planning, analyzing and monitoring service execution for workforce utilization.
• Receiving customer requests and ensuring all the capabilities are available to answer on time with the right quality for the right Customer experience.
• Recording and reporting the status of equipment returns, repairs, replacements, sales orders and delivery schedules.
• Schedule field service repair calls.
