Job summary

Philips is seeking a Service and Solution Delivery Specialist - Resource Planning. The role focuses on scheduling, allocation, and management of service orders to optimize resources and meet customer expectations in a cross-functional, multinational setting.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in supply chain or customer services, strong communication, and proficiency with SAP or Salesforce. Office-based with at least 3 days in the office per week, in a global health tech environment.

Qualifications

• University degree required.
• Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
• Minimum 2 years in Supply Chain Management or Customer Services.

Responsibilities

• Make long and short-term decisions to deliver service while balancing demands.
• Create a resourcing plan and service order fulfillment schedule for optimized allocation.
• Receive, monitor, develop and dispatch service orders for engineers and resources.
• Act as single contact for exception/escalation of service orders with customers and engineers.
• Forecast, plan, analyze and monitor service execution for workforce utilization.
• Ensure capabilities are available to answer customer requests on time with quality.
