Oximio is a global remote-friendly company accelerating clinical research. We seek a Marketing Intelligence & Commercial Enablement Specialist to transform market data into actionable insights for Business Development.

You will report to the Head of Marketing and work across Marketing, BD, and Commercial Operations to drive growth. The role emphasizes research, market analysis, and practical recommendations that impact business decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Economics, Communications or related field.
• Strong analytical and research skills translating data into actionable insights.
• Experience in market research, commercial analysis, business intelligence or sales enablement.
• Understanding of Business Development processes and account planning.
• Experience with CRM systems, Excel, PowerPoint and BI/reporting tools.
• Excellent written communication and presentation skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and prioritization.
• Experience in healthcare/pharma/clinical research or healthcare logistics is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyse clinical trial markets, industry trends, sponsor pipelines, CRO activity and opportunities.
• Identify priority markets, target accounts and commercial growth opportunities globally.
• Develop account profiles, opportunity briefs and market intelligence reports for BD.
• Monitor competitor activity and industry developments to strengthen commercial strategy.
• Support BD teams with customer research, strategic account planning and pre-meeting intel.
• Create commercial enablement materials including market summaries and profiles.
• Analyse CRM and pipeline data to identify trends and cross-selling opportunities.
• Support conference planning with target companies and post-event analysis.
• Contribute to thought leadership and market insights for stronger messaging.
