Job summary

Oximio is seeking a Marketing Assistant for a fully remote role in Turkey. You will support the marketing team with digital campaigns, website updates, SEO tasks, and marketing automation to help launches go live on time.

You will create work plans, assign tasks, track progress, and report KPIs. The role requires strong writing, CMS familiarity, and experience with social media and email marketing tools such as Mailchimp.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of marketing experience.
• Experience coordinating the execution of digital marketing projects using project management software.
• Basic understanding of SEO.
• Experience with maintaining CMS.
• Working with Marketing & Design teams and adhering to a defined brand and content standards and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the projects on the website including technical and SEO, marketing automation, video, social media, third-party advertising, events and the support of timely campaign launches.
• For large projects and campaigns, collaborate with the Head of Marketing to prepare project plans, incl. work breakdown, resource allocation, and timelines.
• Act as traffic coordinator, supervising the intake and delivery process for routine requests such as minor website content updates, emails, etc.
• Ensure the up-to-date marketing materials including imagery, videos, case studies, white papers, news and other relevant materials, are available on the website.
• Developing work schedules to ensure that requests are handled within agreed timelines, liaising with delivery agencies to monitor progress and check quality.
• Maintaining all projects and requesting information, to keep it up to date in the project management software.
• Presenting an understanding of the corporate brand model, brand guidelines, vision and culture.
• Regularly report progress against the KPIs and goals.
• Liaise with the brand agency, external web developers, CMS Account manager and the CMS support team in order to deliver projects on time.
• Assisting with the preparation of mailshots, email campaigns etc.
• Assisting with the design of marketing material and technical papers.
• Responsible for event and exhibition management, booking and coordination.
• Development and implementation of social media strategy.
• Responsibility for ordering Marketing collateral for print.
