Job summary

Oximio seeks an Account Manager to own key client relationships across multiple regions in the global clinical supply chain. You will act as a trusted partner for sponsors managing complex trials and high-stakes timelines.

You will develop strategic account plans, translate client strategies into actionable plans for Operations, QA, PM, and Finance, and lead regular reviews to drive growth across markets and lifecycle stages.

Qualifications

• Experience owning client accounts, projects, or complex stakeholder relationships.
• Solid understanding of clinical trials and pharmaceutical supply chains.
• Ability to think in terms of value, growth, and long-term partnerships.
• Confidence discussing commercials, forecasts, and business impact with clients.
• Strong communication across regions, cultures, and seniority levels.
• Comfort working in international environments with multiple time zones.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a strong plus).
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Own strategic account planning for a portfolio of global clients.
• Build deep understanding of clients’ clinical pipelines, regions, and future needs.
• Develop and execute account development plans focused on long-term growth and partnership.
• Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients optimize and scale their clinical supply chain.
• Identify opportunities to expand services across regions, trials, and lifecycle stages.
• Translate client strategy into clear internal action plans for Operations, QA, PM, and Finance.
• Anticipate risks, regulatory challenges, and capacity needs before they become issues.
• Lead regular account reviews, forecasts, and growth discussions with clients.
• Support onboarding of new studies, regions, and services as clients expand.
