Job summary

Oximio is seeking an experienced Regional Business Development Manager to lead clinical market expansion across Europe. You will identify growth opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and manage relationships with CROs, sponsors, hospitals, and research institutions.

You will develop go-to-market strategies for IoR, logistics, and depot solutions, while coordinating with internal teams to ensure service capabilities align with client needs. Travel across Europe is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or commercial roles within clinical research, healthcare, or pharma industry.
Strong understanding of the clinical trials landscape and regulatory environment in Europe.
Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools.
Proven track record of client relationship management and achieving revenue targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-starter with the ability to travel across Europe.
Willingness and ability to travel for client meetings and conferences.
Proficiency in English; additional local languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities in the European clinical research sector.
Build and manage relationships with CROs, clinical trial sponsors, hospitals, research institutions, and other industry players.
Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for Oximio’s clinical services, including IoR, logistics, and depot solutions.
Identify and attend relevant conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote the company’s offerings.
Lead proposal development, including pricing, service scope, and negotiation with clients.
Collaborate with Operations, Regulatory, and Legal to align service capabilities with client needs.
Track sales pipeline, report progress, and meet defined business development targets.
Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and amendments with legal and sales teams.
Analyse client data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
