Job summary

Oximio in Turkey is seeking a Local Business Development Manager to analyze the local market in clinical trials and to develop non-core activities while aligning with global strategy.

You will coordinate project management and marketing within the country, build networks with key market players, and lead cross-functional efforts with Marketing, PM, Sales and Operations to deliver customized client solutions.

Qualifications

• Qualification: Master’s or bachelor's degree in business management, sales, marketing, service delivery.
• Experience in clinical trials activities is required.
• High proficiency in English and knowledge of the clinical trials market.
• Relevant prior experience in a similar role in pharma/logistics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop core and non-core business opportunities within the country.
• Plan and implement non-core activities and services such as logistics and related projects.
• Coordinate BD activities with Marketing, SS&A, PM, Sales, CS and Operations.
• Identify and engage new clients for core and non-core services and arrange meetings.
• Report periodic metrics and KPIs to track trends and performance.
• Engage authorities in business launches and support regulatory requirements.
