Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Customer Experience Consultant for a 6-month fixed-term contract based in Istanbul. You will manage the end-to-end shipment lifecycle, build strong customer relationships, and collaborate with global service centers to deliver seamless service.

Apply a commercial mindset to create value for customers, proactively resolve issues, and work across functions to drive operational excellence and business growth in a fast-moving, international logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in import and/or export operations within logistics.
• Experience in a customer-facing role with a strong commercial focus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook and Excel.
• Fluent in Turkish and English (written and spoken).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full shipment lifecycle, ensuring a positive customer experience from start to finish.
• Proactively resolve service-related issues and provide timely customer support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and offshore service teams.
• Understand customer needs and business drivers to deliver tailored logistics solutions.
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and support commercial growth.
• Collaborate effectively across functions to ensure operational excellence.
