Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Customer Experience Consultant for a 6-month fixed-term contract. You will manage the end-to-end shipment lifecycle, build strong customer relationships, and coordinate with global service centers to ensure outstanding service.

You will resolve issues, identify value-adding opportunities, and collaborate across functions in a fast-moving, international logistics environment. Fluency in Turkish and English is essential, with proficiency in Outlook and Excel.
