Job summary

A.P. Moller - Maersk is seeking a Customer Experience Consultant for a 6-month fixed-term contract in Turkey. The role centers on delivering exceptional service while managing end-to-end shipment lifecycles and building strong customer relationships.

You will collaborate with internal teams and global service centers, using a commercial mindset to create value for customers. Fluency in Turkish and English, and experience in import/export operations are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in import and/or export operations within the logistics industry.
• Customer-facing role with a strong commercial focus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook and Excel.
• Fluent in Turkish and English, written and spoken.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full shipment lifecycle, ensuring a positive customer experience from start to finish.
• Proactively resolve service-related issues and provide timely customer support.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and offshore service teams.
• Understand customer needs and business drivers to deliver tailored logistics solutions.
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and support commercial growth.
• Collaborate across functions to ensure operational excellence.
