Job summary

Mercedes-Benz Türk is seeking a dedicated professional to lead SLA steering and governance for its service business. You will govern, coordinate, and optimize end-to-end service operations across local and global stakeholders to ensure transparency and financial accuracy.

In this role you will drive cost controlling, transfer pricing calculations, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration to support strategic decisions and MBT’s competitive service model.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Industrial/Management Engineering or Mathematics.
• Strong analytical and coordination skills with a structured approach.
• Experience in controlling/finance is a plus; SAP CO knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Govern and steer service business scope across local and global partners.
• Consolidate, track and monitor services provided to local and global entities.
• Act as main contact in SLA management and report to top management.
• Develop local processes aligned with DTAG guidelines and support service providers.
• Perform cost calculations and transfer pricing analyses under DTAG rules.
• Collaborate with SAP CO key user, controllers and service providers.
• Prepare consolidated income/expense figures and planning transitions.

As a Service Level Agreement (SLA) Steering & Governance Team you play a key role in governing, coordinating, and optimizing Mercedes-Benz Türk’s service business landscape across local and global stakeholders. By ensuring end-to-end transparency, compliance with DTAG guidelines, and effective service governance, you enable sustainable business operations, financial accuracy, and strategic decision-making. Through your leadership in SLA management, cost controlling, transfer pricing calculations, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration, you drive operational excellence, support management decisions, and contribute to the continuous development and competitiveness of the organization’s service business model.

What you can expect

• Responsible for company-wide governance and steering tasks regarding service business scopes which has a high complexity and communication partners locally and globally
• Coordination, consolidation, tracking and monitoring of all services provided by MBT to local and global entities (Services: R&D, IT, Procurement, Cost Engineering (VKP), Launch Management, Operations, AVW, Quality Management, Manufacturing Engineering and Supplier Management, Sales, etc.)
• Joint and main contact partner in SLA management processes at MBT, one-face to the MBT Board of Management and the contact person at the Finance Directorate for all service issues
• Creation and revision of local processes, coordination and management of all processes in accordance with local and global guidelines of DTAG
• Providing support and guidance to the service providers for the new services, transfer of required process steps
• Performing detailed cost calculations considering transfer pricing methods and guidelines of DTAG
• Developing logics and systems for solving complex financial problems and analyzing methods and processes for improving operational business. Stabilization and development of methods and systems for the tracking and monitoring of all service businesses in MBT
• Coordination of system preparation with SAP CO key user, functional controllers and service providers (CC, IO, budget, cost allocation/distribution)
• Income and expense tracking; preparing and sharing reports to top management
• Coordination of HC and investment requirement of G&A functions, preparing recommendation to MBT Board of Management
• Tracking and reporting of dedicated HC positions as well as HC in supporting functions related to service business (actual & forecast) in coordination with HR
• Calculation of hourly rates and MBT catalog prices for service business
• Collaboration with departments, offer consultancy and excellence in operational and strategic steering of services
• Tracking and reporting possible new services, forecast analysis in line with DTAG/EvoBus strategy for global services
• Preparation of consolidated figures relating to the income statement at the end of each month and planning period
• Preparation of relevant transitions at the end of each planning period
• Key user for TIC (SLA) system, proving support and company-wide guidance
