Job summary

Gizli Şirket seeks a talent development professional to lead leadership development programs and coordinate training events in Turkey. You will partner with stakeholders to design and implement training solutions that align with business goals and organizational culture.

You will drive orientation for new hires, support People and Culture projects, and develop training for current staff, including department heads and managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 1–3 years experience in talent management and development preferred.
• Excellent English, both written and spoken, and strong communication skills.
• Strong presentation abilities and teamwork orientation.
• Proficiency in MS Office including Excel, SharePoint, Word and PowerPoint.
• Good negotiation skills and results‑oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute leadership development programs.
• Coordinate training events with stakeholders for prep and delivery.
• Contribute to needs analysis and training improvement and additional projects.
• Prepare employees for assignments via orientation and training programs.
• Support internal People and Culture projects.
• Develop and facilitate training for new and current employees, including department head and manager roles.
• Compile training evaluations and produce summary reports of participant feedback.
• Provide support for training budget preparation and monitoring.
• Coordinate internal communications with stakeholders.
• Prepare quarterly, yearly or ad-hoc training reports.
