Job summary

Akçansa is seeking an HR Specialist in Turkey to design and deliver learning and development initiatives while driving Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding. You will collaborate with business leaders, HRBPs, and external partners to build effective programs and enhance onboarding processes that help new employees integrate into our culture.

You will leverage digital learning tools, HRIS like Workday, and campus engagement to strengthen our employer brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, social sciences, engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4 years in Human Resources, preferably Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Talent Acquisition, or Talent Management.
• Knowledge of organizational development methodologies, competency frameworks, and talent management practices.
• Exposure to talent acquisition, recruitment marketing, or employer branding activities is a strong advantage.
• Strong HR processes and employee lifecycle management with a proactive improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders, HRBPs, and stakeholders to identify capability development needs.
• Lead planning, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of learning and development programs.
• Own onboarding and orientation programs to help new employees integrate into the culture.
• Leverage digital learning technologies and HR systems to enhance development experiences.
• Support talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, interview coordination, and candidate experience.
• Develop employer branding initiatives, including content, social media presence, and campus engagement.
