Job summary

ERENSAN, part of Groupe Atlantic, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and structure the HR function. Reporting to the General Manager, you will partner with the international HR team to drive transformation and operational excellence across all HR topics.

You will manage the local HR team, oversee payroll and contracts, and drive talent development, organizational change, and industrial relations within a Turkish legal framework. Fluency in English and Turkish is required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• At least 10 years of confirmed HR experience in industrial environments with an international dimension.
• Experience leading HR teams and driving business transformation.
• Ability to operate in a matrix organization with adaptability and agility.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to General Manager and leadership team.
• Lead HR transformation and change management initiatives.
• Manage industrial and employee relations with unions and authorities.
• Oversee HR operations (payroll, contracts, reporting) and ensure compliance.
• Drive talent review, succession planning and leadership development.
• Collaborate on international HR projects and align with Groupe Atlantic standards.
