Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care in Turkey seeks a Senior HR Cluster Lead to shape and execute HR strategy across a cluster of countries in the EMEA region. You will partner with Strategy Business Partners, CoEs, and Shared Services to drive transformation, foster a high-performance culture, and align global initiatives with local execution.

In a matrixed, multi-country environment, you will lead HR management, talent development, organizational design, and employee relations while navigating local labor

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and broad HR expertise required, multi-country experience preferred.
• Extensive managerial experience (5+ years) and strong change leadership capability.
• Proven ability to navigate complex matrixed environments and labor laws.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR Country Partners and align with enterprise HR strategies.
• Drive HR operational excellence with locally adaptable processes.
• Partner with senior HR partners to align HR initiatives with business priorities.
• Support CoE-driven initiatives and ensure integration into country HR ops.
• Collaborate with Employee Relations to handle complex matters per policy.
