Şölen is seeking a Human Resources Executive to join the Gaziantep Factory. The role oversees personnel administration, payroll, recruitment, and compliance with Turkish labor laws. English proficiency and SAP HR expertise are required, with strong analytics and communication skills.

The position offers an opportunity to contribute to HR operations, reporting, and development initiatives within a large, export-oriented organization.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in SAP HR systems and payroll processes.
• Strong knowledge of Turkish Social Security, Labor Law No. 4857, and related regulations.
• Experience in recruitment, performance management and reporting.
• Advanced MS Office skills and data analysis abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage personnel administration, payroll and related legal processes in compliance with laws.
• Maintain employee files and system records accurately.
• Coordinate onboarding and termination procedures.
• Oversee salary payments, benefits and compensation processes.
• Verify attendance, timekeeping and payroll data accuracy.
• Prepare statutory declarations and payroll notifications on time.
• Support end-to-end recruitment and performance management processes.
• Prepare regular HR analytics and reports.
