The position is based in Istanbul and requires to travel once a month for 3‑4 days in Ankara (the role can also be based in Ankara with the flexibility to travel 3‑4 days a month in Istanbul).
OPS HRBPs’ job scope is Operations (2 lenses productions sites based in Istanbul and Ankara).
The mission of the position is consulting all business leaders about all HR issues as recruitment, onboarding, terminations, legal issues, company policies, payroll system processes, organizational development, employee engagement and training.
The most challenging part of the position is managing blue collar related issues, union relations, managing the change for the leaders and their teams in dynamic business environments. The success factors for this role are collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders, effective communication, gathering business know how and creating effective ways of solutions due to the business trends.
