Zusammenfassung

Nusr-Et in Marmara region seeks a talented Human Resources Business Partner to drive HR support for designated branches and optimize people processes. You will manage recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and policy guidance, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company standards.

You will promote HR initiatives, lead employee engagement programs, and analyze workforce data to support strategic decisions across multiple restaurant locations. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifikationen

Minimum 5 years of experience in the HR department.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Multitasking and time-management with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Ability to handle a large volume of work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel.
Proficiency in spoken and written English.

Aufgaben

Act as the primary HR partner for designated branches, understanding their operational needs and providing HR support.
Manage full-cycle recruitment from identifying talent to onboarding with relevant stakeholders.
Coordinate end-to-end HR operations across restaurant locations, including onboarding and attendance management.
Provide guidance on HR policies and labor-law compliance.
Communicate HR initiatives and employee engagement programs across locations.
Monitor workforce KPIs and prepare HR reports for management.
Support continuous improvement of HR operations and data accuracy.
