Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales or field operations in engineering plastics raw materials or technical polymers
• Fluency in English required for daily communication with global suppliers
• Valid B-class driver’s license with no travel restrictions
• Strong B2B sales, negotiation and account management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and result-driven mindset
• Residing on the Asian Side of Istanbul or in Kocaeli/Gebze area

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the existing customer portfolio in the Istanbul Asian Side and Kocaeli regions
• Build long-term, sustainable business relationships
• Identify potential accounts across the region
• Conduct active field visits and drive new business acquisition for engineering plastics raw materials
• Recommend tailored polymer/compound solutions matching customer specs
• Manage end-to-end sales processes including quoting, pricing, contracts, and closing
• Monitor market trends and provide strategic reports to management
• Collaborate with local and global technical teams for application development and support
