Job summary

Nagase Europa GmbH in Istanbul, Türkiye, seeks an experienced Junior Sales Manager (m/f/d) in chemical raw materials to expand business in Türkiye and globally. You will manage existing accounts, win new customers, and drive growth across monomers, pigments, solvents, resins, hardeners and additives.

Qualifications include 5+ years in chemical raw materials sales, Turkish and English fluency, and SAP knowledge. A hybrid work model and international travel are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of direct sales experience in chemical raw materials (paints, coatings, inks, resins, adhesives)
• Proven track record in B2B sales, customer development and new business acquisition
• Fluency in Turkish and English, written and spoken
• Knowledge of international trade procedures and Incoterms

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing customer accounts and acquire new customers in Türkiye and international markets
• Develop sales of chemical raw materials (monomers, pigments, solvents, resins, hardeners, additives)
• Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with customers, suppliers, and Nagase Group companies
• Coordinate quotations, orders, deliveries and import/export documentation
• Negotiate commercial terms within Incoterms and collaborate on new product development
