Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an After Sales Services Manager for a fleet of electric commercial vehicles in Türkiye. You will lead after-sales operations, drive maintenance programs, and optimize uptime while supporting international service activities.

The role requires a technical degree, 3+ years in automotive after-sales leadership, and strong English communication. You will oversee spare parts planning, dealer networks and customer visits, developing the service network for growing e-mobility.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in After Sales leadership within automotive industry.
• Experience managing service operations, dealer networks, fleet customers or aftermarket organizations.
• Fluent English in written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage after-sales service operations.
• Ensure maintenance activities are completed on time.
• Maximize vehicle availability and uptime through proactive service management.
• Coordinate rapid response for breakdowns and issues.
• Drive root cause analysis and coordinate corrective actions.
• Manage spare parts planning, inventory and warehousing activities.
• Conduct customer visits and organize technical trainings when required.
• Monitor and optimize warranty and service costs.
• Manage dealer and service partners and support network expansion.
• Develop understanding of vehicle platform and systems.
• Respond to international service tickets in a timely manner.
• Coordinate remote support for overseas centers.
• Lead, motivate and develop the after-sales team.
