Job summary

Sungrow Europe in Turkey invites an experienced EVC Sales Manager to lead our EV charging initiatives. You will identify leads, prepare tenders, and drive key account management to hit annual targets.

You will inspire the sales team, develop strategic partnerships with CPOs, energy companies and large installers, and collaborate with other business units. Fluent English and Turkish are required, with a strategic mindset and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration or similar field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in e-mobility or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Strategic thinker with a goal-oriented mindset.
• Language skills: English and Turkish at C1 level.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop leads for DC charging products
• Prepare tenders for EV charging projects
• Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
• Drive key account management and collaborate with other business units
