Profile

A successful After Sales Services Manager should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an After Sales Services leadership role within the automotive industry.
• Knowledge of commercial vehicles, preferably light commercial vehicles.
• Experience managing service operations, dealer networks, fleet customers or aftermarket organizations.
• Ability to work effectively in both office and field environments.
• Strong problem-solving, planning and organizational skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proactive, hands-on and resilient, with a strong sense of ownership
• Interest in learning electric vehicle technologies and supporting the transition to e-mobility.
