Job summary

ORZAX is a dynamic, fast-growing OTC company in Turkey focused on health and well-being through food supplements, dermocosmetic products, and consumer medical devices. We are seeking a Brand Manager to grow our team and expand our market presence.

The role involves market analysis, developing sales strategies, acquiring new customers, and coordinating cross-functional activities to ensure high quality products reach customers worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 3 years of foreign trade experience is required.
• Knowledge of dermocosmetic/cosmetic products and international sales/distributor management is an asset.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Willingness to visit customers periodically and as needed.
• Customer-oriented mindset with negotiation and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities

• Observe and analyze the market, competitors and customers.
• Develop sales strategies for dermocosmetic and cosmetic products in assigned territories.
• Acquire new customers and promote sales promotions to increase revenue.
• Set annual sales targets and identify demands for countries and customers.
• Coordinate visits to markets and customers under responsibility.
• Ensure smooth export/import processes and financial transactions.
