Holly Palm is hiring a Sales Manager to drive B2B sales and establish international client relationships. You will lead end-to-end sales cycles, forge partnerships, and collaborate with product and tech teams to deliver tailored Shopify and integration solutions for global brands.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in B2B tech or e-commerce sales, strong negotiation, and fluent English, with a readiness to travel as needed. This role focuses on expanding presence in international markets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B sales or business development in software/SaaS/e-commerce.
• Proven track record in international sales and building channels or partnerships.
• Strong communication with technical and business stakeholders.
• Advanced/fluent English with excellent written and verbal skills.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Data-driven, target-oriented, independent in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to grow Holly Palm’s client portfolio domestically and internationally.
• Identify new business opportunities, build a strong sales pipeline, and manage end-to-end sales cycle.
• Develop international sales channels, partnerships, and long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
• Understand clients’ business and technical needs and position Holly Palm’s Shopify, e-commerce, software, and integration solutions.
• Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to develop tailored solutions and commercial proposals.
• Lead negotiations, track sales performance, and contribute to international growth strategy.
• Represent Holly Palm at industry events and client meetings locally and internationally.
