The Senior Technical Sales / Presales role focuses on driving revenue growth, managing strategic relationships, and designing technology strategies aligned with client objectives. Strong English, cross-border collaboration, and extensive B2B software experience are required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of B2B experience in technical sales, presales, or solutions architecture within software services.
• Experience in stakeholder management such as key account managers, driving revenue growth, and conducting joint sales customer visits.
• Advanced written and spoken English proficiency for global business reporting and cross-border collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular joint customer visits with the sales team to support coaching, opportunity development, and customer retention.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with strategic Key Accounts and high-value customers.
• Identify requirements and business opportunities from customer and partner meetings.
• Develop project technology strategies by understanding key client objectives, mapping requirements and planning the full project lifecycle.
• Understand technical requirements across key industries (retail, banking, energy, etc.), propose technical solutions, oversee technology selection, and estimate the resources required to deliver solutions that meet customer needs.
