Job summary

Elaves Education and Technology Inc. is seeking a proactive team member to drive Sunny adoption through B2B sales and partner development.

You will manage outreach campaigns, build relationships with retailers and distributors, and oversee end-to-end operations from quotes to after-sales support. You will engage with domestic and international partners, present at trade shows, and coordinate with product and marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or final year student.
• 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, customer relations or operations.
• Experience in B2B sales, call center or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential business partners through Apollo and LinkedIn and convert contacts into meetings.
• Develop outreach campaigns and build B2B relationships with baby and maternity retailers, toy stores, pharmacies, daycare centers and preschools, and international distributors.
• Manage B2B operations end to end: quotes, orders, shipping, invoicing and after-sales follow-up.
• Support preparations for domestic and international trade shows; present Sunny at booths and follow up with prospects.
• Handle customer requests via phone, WhatsApp and email to deliver fast, warm, solution-oriented support.
• Gather customer feedback and share it with product and marketing teams.
• Keep CRM records up to date and report on lead volume, conversion rate, and response time.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline prospect research, outreach, reporting and repetitive tasks.
