Global University Systems is seeking a Business Development Manager for International Student Recruitment to oversee recruitment, account management and marketing events for B2B channels. You will collaborate with Global Directors to promote universities/colleges across regions.

This role requires an established agency network, stakeholder relationships, and the ability to train education agents, source new leads, and grow partnerships while presenting at workshops and conferences.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with international student recruitment for Higher Education.
• Established agency networks and strong stakeholder relationships.
• Solid understanding of industry trends for strategic planning and forecasting.
• Ability to train education agents to promote the brand.
• Experience sourcing agents from fairs, inquiries, referrals.
• Proven track record generating revenue from existing streams.
• Identify and grow partnerships and client relationships.
• Experience performing client research with industry players.
• Confident in delivering workshops, presentations and conferences.
• Salesforce or database management experience.
