Job summary

The role focuses on end-to-end growth—from first ad view to cart addition—driving global expansion in a startup environment that embraces AI tools and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• 4–7 years in digital marketing and e-commerce, strong B2C background.
• Hands-on experience managing an e-commerce site.
• Experience on Trendyol, Hepsiburada, and Amazon.
• Experience managing performance marketing budgets and delivering results.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, CVR, AOV, and LTV.
• Strong Turkish and English copywriting.
• Curiosity about agentic AI and use of AI tools.
• Analytical thinking and data-driven decision making.
• Ownership-driven, startup mindset.
• Strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize the D2C e-commerce funnel end to end, including traffic, landing pages, checkout, conversion, retention, and app subscriptions.
• Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other channels.
• Grow sales operations and improve store performance across online marketplaces.
• Shape the brand voice by writing/editing copy and contributing to design when needed.
• Develop influencer partnerships and community growth initiatives to support brand awareness and sales.
• Plan and execute campaigns, promotions, and seasonal initiatives.
• Build CRM flows across email, SMS, and WhatsApp to convert first-time buyers into loyal Sunny families.
• Design A/B tests and growth experiments with cross-functional teams.
