Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• At least 2 years in technical service, warranty, or after-sales.
• Experience in service network management and service coordination.
• Proficient with SAP, CRM, and ERP systems.
• Strong data analysis and spare parts planning knowledge.
• Invoicing, cost control, and reconciliation experience.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate warranty claims and technical service operations from request to resolution.
• Maintain communication with authorized service partners and monitor performance.
• Manage spare parts requests and coordinate procurement.
• Ensure timely execution of product, parts, and logistics activities.
• Monitor costs related to service operations and invoices.
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate with relevant departments.
• Analyze after-sales performance indicators and prepare reports.
• Maintain accurate records in SAP, CRM, and ERP systems.
