Responsibilities

• Planning and monitoring regional activities regarding customer satisfaction.
• Construction site visits.
• Implementation checks of projects.
• Communication with customers and investors.
• Implementation checks of projects.
• Visiting authorized dealers and authorized services and solving their problems.
• Controlling authorised service centers within the region to oversee compliance with procedures and service standards.
• Reporting all activities to the administrator in the region.
