Job summary

The Global Talent Co. is hiring German-speaking Customer Service Agents for a remote, campaign-driven role. You will handle live chat inquiries, resolve complaints, and reflect the brand's standards in written German during peak periods.

Baseline is 20 hours per week with flexible scheduling and monthly campaigns; the initial contract runs through Q4 2026, with a potential extension to 2027 based on demand. Prior ecommerce customer support experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native German; all customer communication in German.
• Experience in ecommerce customer service is preferred.
• Strong written German, clear, warm and professional; assessed in interview.
• Calm under pressure and able to handle difficult interactions.
• Genuine availability for demand-based scheduling with a 20 hours/week baseline.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints via live chat in German.
• Flex up availability during campaign peaks.
• Resolve issues with empathy and efficiency.
• Represent the brand voice across interactions.
• Identify recurring issues and flag them to the team.
• Keep records accurate and up to date.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues end-to-end.
