A high school diploma and 3–6 months of relevant experience are preferred. The position requires patience, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma with 3–6 months of relevant experience preferred.
• Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
• Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally.

• Meet KPIs for service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Clarify requirements; probe for understanding to resolve issues.
• Listen attentively and build rapport with customers.
• Greet customers courteously using standard procedures.
• Maintain basic knowledge of client products/services.
• Document interactions accurately in the system.
• Participate in activities to improve satisfaction and performance.
• Offer additional products/services when appropriate.
• Track and retrieve information in the call tracking database.
• Refer inquiries to published materials or senior staff when needed.
